Oh thanks for this, it’s nearly perfect timing for me. I finished the ‘couch to 5k’ app a few weeks ago. Sadly I messed up my left leg a week and a half ago. I am itching to get out again but I think I need a few more days to heal. I’ll build myself back and look into these strides, I want to try a quicker 5k before I start looking at longer distance (this is a whole new world and I’m loving it)
